Shipping

All orders are shipped via Priority Mail 2-3 business days for $10.00 base price plus mandatory insurance (calculated at purchase time through PayPal). At this time only USA orders are accepted. Allow 3-4 weeks for fabrication if your item is not “in stock”. I accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Amex via paypal.You may use this service even if you do not have an account with paypal. Just follow the online buttons instructions. I also accept checks and money orders, however, your order will not be shipped or made until payment is received and confirmed.

Return Policy

Each piece is handmade to order specifically for you. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase exhanges are accepted with prior phone or e-mail authorization number within 24 hours of receipt of the jewelry. Policy is to modify, exchange or repair as necessary.Should you have ordered a complete custom piece outside of my collection exhanges are not accepted. To return an item the merchandise must be in original condition, not worn, and packaged and insured as received within 7 days after issuing the return authorization number. Shipping charges are not refundable, and are the responsibility of the purchaser. Exhanges are issued by original method of payment only. Make damaged freight claims immediately upon receipt.
